Decadence Within

И снова кое-что потяжелее! Ian Glasper (Slug) - ветеран британской панк сцены, музыкант и писатель, автор таких книг как: "The Day the Country Died", "Trapped in a Scene. UK Hardcore 1985-1989" и "Burning Britain". В начале 80-х он и его двоюродный брат Antony "Mobs" Mowbray собрали собственную панк банду Ammonia 77 плавно трансформировавшуюся в crossover/thrash тяжеловесов Decadence Within. Сам Ian взял в руки бас, Mobs сел за барабаны, а микрофон на себя взял Kevin Brook, он же просто Kev. Все это происходило в городке Ледбери, графство Херефордшир, на дворе стоял декабрь 1984 года. 11 января 1985 года у группы состоялось первое выступление, первое демо было записано в июле 86-го, дебютный альбом в 89-м. Mobs и Ian всегда оставались неизменным фундаментом группы, остальные участники время от времени имели свойство меняться, как и само звучание группы. Decadence Within распались в 1995, оставив после себя три альбома, несколько синглов и отыграв множество шоу по всей Европе.
